A good box still fails when the install is sloppy. We install the envelope, floor, doors, refrigeration, and controls as one system, commission it under working conditions, and service it for life. Built by operators who know the test is a full shift, not an empty room.

One crew, complete cold side

Panels, floors, doors, refrigeration, and controls meet in the field. If those connections are split between crews, the gaps become frost, water, short cycling, and service problems. We supply and install the complete cold side so the envelope and equipment answer to the same load calculation.

Commission under working conditions

An empty room can reach setpoint and still fall behind when product arrives and doors start moving. Commissioning checks how the refrigeration, airflow, doors, defrost, controls, and alarms work together. The crew also gets the operating guidance needed to spot drift before product temperature moves.

Protection before temperature moves

The first sign of trouble should not be a warm product reading. Remote monitoring surfaces faults early. Electrical protection watches phase sequence, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overload. These tools do not replace maintenance, but they give the service team a clearer first look when something changes.

Wear parts stay close

A failed gasket, control, motor, or heater wire should not leave an opening leaking or a room down while a small part travels for a week. We stock the parts that actually wear on the equipment we install and ship the same day where we can. Hours matter when product is warming.

Service for life

When a room drifts, call the main line or send the service details through the form. We ask for the setpoint, room temperature, alarm code, and what changed before the fault. That gives us a clean starting point for remote checks or a site visit.

Installation and service questions

Do you install equipment you did not supply?

Our standard is to install everything we sell because the room, refrigeration, controls, and commissioning stay under one calculation and one team. If equipment is already on site, send its model, condition, refrigerant, controls, and original design duty. We will review whether it can fit the complete cold-side plan before saying yes. Existing equipment is not automatically wrong, but its capacity and condition have to be checked.

What happens during cold-room commissioning?

We check the envelope, doors, drainage, refrigeration, airflow, defrost, controls, electrical protection, monitoring, and alarms as one system. Then we watch how the room reaches setpoint and recovers as working load is introduced. The final handoff covers normal readings, cleaning points, alarm behavior, and the first checks your crew can make. A clean start-up is useful, but performance under working conditions is the real test.

Can you monitor the cold room remotely?

Yes. Remote monitoring can surface control and electrical faults before the first product temperature check shows a change. Electrical protection watches phase sequence, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overload. Monitoring does not repair a failed motor, seal, or heater wire. It gives the service team better information sooner, so the next check can start with the fault instead of a guess.

What should I send for a service call?

Send the room setpoint, current temperature, alarm or control code, when the change started, and anything that happened just before it. Photos of the controller, evaporator, door opening, or frost pattern can help. Call the main line if product is warming.
